1. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery shall be "Ex Works".

3. If a shipment is dispatched "ex works", the supplier will inform us and the consignee determined by our company in good time about the dimensions and the weight of the shipment.

5. The control cabinet and transformer in the same Ex Works number shall be used for matching.

11. Transportation insurance on the machine and equipment from its delivery ex works to arrival at the Site.

12. The price of the above product is quoted in terms of ex works (VAT-exclusive).

13. If no trade term is specifically agreed, the delivery shall be Ex works ( EXW ).
